These recipes are quick and easy to fix. They have one thing in
common--they taste good.
No exotic ingredients,
and no fancy cooking techniques. All of the ingredients are what I stock all the time. I frequently use the Tofurky Italian Sausage
as seasoning (see the vegetable soup) and chop it into small pieces. I use it instead of chili powder in chili beans.
All ingredients come from the local supermarket.
Soy products are generally found in the produce section.
