Chili Beans w/o Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 x 12 oz can pinto beans
- 1/3 Tofurky Italian Sausage
- 1 cup MorningStar Grillers Crumbles
- 4 oz S&W diced tomatoes
- 3 tbs olive oil
Directions:
Chop Italian sausage into small chunks. Combine pinto beans, sausage, olive oil and tomatoes in sauce pan and
boil over high heat until beans just start to break down and the "bean soup" begins to thicken. Add water as necessary. Add Crumbles and cook for five more
minutes. Serve hot in bowl with crackers or use as filler for tacos
or burritos. |
