Stew

Ingredients:

• 1 x 6 oz pkg Lightlife Smart Strips Chick'n Strips
• 1 Tofurky Italian Sausage
• 2 cups cut golden corn
• 1 14.5 oz can S&W diced tomatoes
• 3 tbs olive oil

Directions:
Chop Chick'n Strips and Italian sausage into small chunks. Pour olive oil into hot skillet and add strips, sausage and corn. Sauté until strips become partially browned. Add tomatoes and cook on high heat for five minutes, stirring frequently.
