Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 6 oz pkgs Lightlife Smart Strips Chick'n Strips
  • 3 heaping tbs All Purpose flour
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions:
Separate Chick'n Strips in large bowl. Dust with flour and roll strips until completely coated. Fry Strips in medium skillet, or deep fry if preferred, until golden brown.

Serve with baked potato topped with Soy Garden Buttery Spread.
